| Two bedroom units are available now in our moderate income housing developments. We also are accepting applications for three bedroom units at these locations, however waiting time varies based on location. (One bedroom applications are also being accepted at these locations, but applicants are placed on a waiting list. One bedroom units at these locations rarely become vacant).
